What A Waste Of Your Life

So I remember reading a while back in the Times about people who have devoted themselves to Wikipedia. Why would you want to do this? these people get home from work or college then spend hours on end editing and re-editing wiki post and all you get at the end is wiki-recognition by a group of like minded individuals. This is the great thing that website owners have cottoned onto. In the old days you would spend a lot of time and effort building and filling a site with content. Now you just build a bare bones site and let the public fill it to the brim with new content. Now I understand that Wikipedia is trying to do some good stuff in Africa, which I have to say is very close to my heart (perhaps if there was an abundance of crude oil there it would be close to a lot of other peoples hearts!). At the end of the day though Wikipedia is not that great there are many inaccuracies within its pages
